Vaccination Administration in the CLOUD!
The VacConnect manages the Online Registration, Administration and Real Time Monitoring of doses. It records information of the different brands and batches of vaccines administered to the citizens. It uses QR Code to authenticate the identity and speed up the searching of the names of Citizens.
Components
A dashboard that shows the total number of Citizens Registered, Citizen with 1st Dose, Citizens with 2nd Dose and the Total Vaccines Administered.
It handles the scheduling of the Citizens to be vaccinated.
Command Center has a File Maintenance to keep track of the Vaccine, Vaccinator , and Vaccination Center Information that can be filtered per Region, Province, and City/Municipality.
Citizens can register online using the VacConnect Registration or register at their Vaccination Center.
Batch Registration can be done for those LGU’s with existing citizens data.
VacConnect can accommodate 700,000 registrations or more in a day!
It verifies the Citizen’s to be vaccinated. It also records the vaccine information such as brands and batches of vaccines administered to a Citizen.
Configuration of Vaccine Information can be done using this component.
The system has a location-based filter that allows the display of Citizens’ Records on a selected locality such as Region, Province, City/Municipality, and Vaccination Centers.
