iSmart is an integrated Emergency Management System that combines multiple applications into One Comprehensive System for coordinated and Systematic Disaster Risk Reduction Management. It also covers the four phases of the Disaster Management System.
iSmart also addresses the security concerns—Peace and Order of the City. It can be linked to the Police, Fire, Search and Rescue, Volunteer Groups or Individuals, and other Agencies in the City, Province, or the National Government level concerned with Disaster Risk Reduction Management and Peace & Order.
iSmart conforms to the Four Priorities for Action in the year 2015 – 2030 discussed in the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction (2015-2030):
iSmart has powerful “embedded” Systems that provide software applications to operationalize the “Protocol” used by the Local Government Units (LGU) or Agency to address the requirements during disasters, natural calamities, and emergencies.
iSmart contains Step by Step Guide on what to do during an earthquake, it complies with the BEEP Protocol of the NDRRMC, which is the basis for the guidelines of earthquake drills in the Philippines.
The iSmart Emergency Operations Center provides the tools to help the agency in planning and visualizing Mitigation measures to address recurring disaster events and monitoring their effectiveness over time.
The iSmart Emergency Operations Center System allows integration needed for Disaster Risk Reduction Management such as Radio Management and Video Management System. Radio Management provides an efficient and simple means to manage multiple device configurations across potentially many radio networks. While Video Management manages the addition of CCTV IP addresses and accounts that can be helpful in viewing the real situation in an Emergency Scene for faster response.
iSmart Emergency Operations Center is scalable in which the Agency can integrate more components that are required and needed in their process.
