Automates the Complete Supply Cycle

Resource Management System (RMS) is responsible for identifying, organizing, and coordinating resource and logistic needs during a disaster or emergency incident. It is efficient and effective management of DRRM Office resources when they are needed. It is the process of pre-planning, scheduling, and allocating DRRM Office Resources’ to maximize efficiency. RMS manages the Procurement & Inventory Management that automates the complete supply cycle from requisition, procurement, and inventory. It includes storage and distribution.

Tracks the City’s different Warehouse or Bodega or Storage Facility

RMS is designed to manage and monitor all the City’s equipment and provide the resources needed to achieve reliable and accurate results. RMS monitors the status and whereabouts of the agency-owned office machines, equipment, vehicles, medicine, blood, food, non-food and other supplies for emergencies.

Alert-Expiry Date of Medicines and Canned Foods

RMS tracks the Expiry Dates and an ALERT! Pops-up on the monitor to remind the RMS Personnel to take Action to return and replace the items before the Expiry Date! No wasted Resources!. RMS provides the City’s Food and Drug supplies Expiry Dates to notify the RMS Personnel to remove all the expired items and change them to new supplies.

Resource Management Modules

  1. RECORDS module contains all information of the equipment, supplies and suppliers of the Agency.  

RECORDS consists of different General Ledger Accounts such as:

  • Disaster Response and Rescue Equipment
  • Information and Communication Equipment
  • Medical Equipment
  • Motor Vehicles
  • Office Equipment
  • Drugs and Medicine
  • Food Supplies
  • Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies
  • Office Supplies
  • Other Supplies and Materials
  1. PLANNING manages the process of Annual Supplies Procurement Plan (ASPP) or Annual Equipment Procurement Plan (AEPP) which is consolidated to produce Annual Procurement Plan (APP).
  1. PROCUREMENT AND DONATION manages the procedure in the procurement of supplies and materials. All request for items for procurement are automatically recorded in this module for future reference.
  1. INVENTORY monitor the issuance/releasing of supplies. It can be used for real-time access to the equipment information such as the responsible person, date purchased, responsibility center and price. It can also provide accurate and actual inventory of the Agency.
  1. REPORTS AND QUERIES manages the generation of Reports required of COA.
  1. BID manages the bidding process such as Obligation Request Evaluation, Pre-Procurement, Bid Opening, Bid Evaluation, Post Qualification, Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed.

Generate Inventory Reports

RMS also generates Inventory Reports for the Supplies and Equipment of an Agency that is required by COA.
